Braised Short Rib
Certified Angus beef Short Rib low-cooked in Cabernet and soffritto (a traditional Italian aromatic mix of diced onions, carrots, and celery in olive oil), served over creamy Parmigiano Reggiano polenta and topped with micro-greens and shaved Pecorino Romano cheese.
