Montana's Salmon Creek Farms Natural Pork, pan-seared and drizzled with a fig and port wine reduction served with creamy mascarpone mashed potatoes, vine-ripened heirloom tomatoes, and a blend of champignon, porcini, and Portobello mushrooms.
