Risotto rice ball breaded and stuffed with snow crab meat, caramelized shallots, green peas, Parmigiano, and mascarpone cheese, served over a red pepper sauce garnished with microgreens.

Wild-caught 8oz American Red Snapper, this premium fish is renowned for its mildly sweet and subtly nutty flavor, complemented by its firm, white flesh. Oven-poached and served over linguine pasta sauteed with a primavera blend of eggplant, kalamata olives, capers, cherry tomatoes, red bell of pepper, in light tangy sauce, red chili, olive oil, white wine, and vinegar.
