Wine Club Subscription Customer Portal Instructions

First Time Access                                           Sign into Account

Welcome to the Wine Club's Customer Portal - your one-stop spot for all things billing and payment related! Navigate with ease and manage your account details seamlessly. Let’s dive into what you can do:

1. View Current and Past Invoices

  • Step 1: After logging in, click on the 'Invoices' tab.
  • Step 2: You'll see a list of your invoices. The most recent one will be at the top.
  • Step 3: To view past invoices, simply scroll down or use the search bar to locate specific ones.

2. Make Payments Against Open Invoices

  • Step 1: Head over to the 'Open Invoices' section.
  • Step 2: Choose the invoice you wish to pay by clicking on it.
  • Step 3: Click on the 'Pay Now' button.
  • Step 4: Choose your payment method, fill in the necessary details, and confirm the payment.

3. View Your Balance

  • Step 1: From the main dashboard, locate the 'Account Balance' widget.
  • Step 2: Here, you can see your current balance, including any outstanding amounts.

4. View Current and Past Payments

  • Step 1: Click on the 'Payments' tab.
  • Step 2: A list of all your payments will appear, with the latest payments on top.
  • Step 3: Scroll through to view past payments or use the search feature for specific transaction dates or amounts.

5. Update Payment Information

  • Step 1: Navigate to 'Account Settings' or a similar section usually represented by a gear icon or your profile picture.
  • Step 2: Select 'Payment Methods' or 'Billing Information.'
  • Step 3: Click on 'Edit' or 'Update' next to your current payment details.
  • Step 4: Input your new payment information.
  • Step 5: Save the changes to update your payment details securely.
