Entrees
Catch of the Day: John Dory
Delicate, finely textured, and moist, with a mild, sweet flavor, the filet is skin-on, pan-seared golden, and topped with salsa fresca, served over a salad of green beans, cherry tomatoes, roasted cubed potatoes, drizzled with beurre blanc sauce, and topped with aromatic microgreens and fresh basil.
Veal Chop
Pasture-raised tender veal chop, pan-seared to a beautifully caramelized golden finish, served with parsnip purée, roasted pearl onions, and mushrooms drizzled with a balsamic reduction and finished with a blend of aromatic micro greens, thyme, and rosemary.
